Rodriguez was born in Caracas Venezuela, where he attended the Universidad Santa Maria, Escuela de Derecho. He successfully completed his qualification and graduated with a degree in law.

In October 2001 Dagoberto made the decision to move to the United States. His goal was to pursue his dream of completing his legal studies, which led to establishing a career as a specialized attorney.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and his Master of Law in International Business from The American University.

Rodriguez went on to work with immigrants where he gained significant legal experience, skill and knowledge. With special focus on personal injury law, he has managed to achieve every success and established an incredible legal reputation, that new and loyal clientele can trust.
